I’ve been in the visual design industry for over thirteen years. Started in electronic desktop publishing which eventually turned into web design and the rest is history. I’m a hybrid designer; I consider myself an innovator. I specialize in user-centered design aka design thinking, including but not limited to user-interface design, product design, identity design, brand strategy, web design, print design… I absolutely love what I do. It is the most exciting time for a designer in the industry and I promise to write an article talking about the amazing possibilities and real life examples of designers making a difference right now.

I love new experiences and meeting new people–I’ve lived in all kinds of eclectic and unique cities including Miami, Dallas, Orlando and now San Francisco. Who knows where next will be but it’ll be a sunny adventure, no doubt.

My muse is my spunky two-pound Yorkie named Pixel. He’s the center of my universe. I love the water & sunshine. I love extreme sports, particularly wakeskating. I love capturing a slice of life’s bright moments through candid photography and enjoy getting creative with lights & shadows using a technique called light painting.

Please contact me for more info about my expertise and to find out how we can design for a better customer experience.

Absolutely love music as all of my friends know. Started mixing with a set of Numark turntables and I’m hooked! Hope to get good enough to post it here one day. In the meantime, here’s a more inspirational video I can never get tired of watching & listening to in surround sound. Stunning.

For all of my fellow San Francisco dwellers, you know what to do. Put a bird on it. But before you do, did you read that article about that thing… ;-P
